About Carolina Rock Shop

We started as Carolina Rock Shop Unlimited in 2001 as the result of years of helping friends work on their 4x4s. From building bumpers to installing lift kits and the like, it has turned into a way to pay for our 4x4s and help us support our chosen habit.
Somewhere in the haze between "Where did you get your bumper?" and unknown numbers of "Can you help me install my lift next weekend?" you turn from a shade tree monkey to some sort of skilled laborer. This is the culmination of years of "How do we do this?" and "How do we make this better?" as we built our own rigs. Now, that same drive to figure things out and to do things right is evident in our work on our customers' rigs. We aim to please, plain and simple...

There are a lot of mass production 4x4 places out there where each customer is just a credit card number. We are striving to be different. We work with each of our customers on their specific project and then we build a product to meet their needs based on things we have learned along the way. We want to be your one stop for all your fabrication needs. Mass production is not what we are about. We love talking 4x4s with other enthusiasts, and helping to personally tackle each customer's project is why we are in business.

We don't claim to know all the answers, but we can guarantee that we have the resources to do the research and figure out exactly what needs to happen for something to perform when you need it to. Whether it is fabricating a bumper that looks and works just so, to helping design a "sport" cage that is functional for whatever you want to do, to helping design brackets for an axle swap........we can do it........
